Hi, nice to meet you, virtual as it may be. My name is Jennifer Lafortune, fitness junkie, mother of 4, yoga studio owner and adventurist. I grew up in the beautiful East Kootenay area of BC and and am continuously pursuing my passions of fitness integrated with business.
As a qualified personal trainer since 2012, my aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every step of the process. I chose to add to my unique training style by becoming a RYT200 Certified Yoga Instructor in 2014. I focus on functional fitness and believe encouraging a strong balance between strength and flexibility are key to a healthy movement practice of any kind.
